Why Bet Mohaymen: Because he was an early Kentucky Derby favorite after he produced four straight Grade 2 wins. But he was dominated by Nyquist in his fourth career race, losing by 8 1/4 lengths in the Xpressbet.com Florida Derby in his final prep for the Kentucky Derby.
Mohaymen is the half-brother to 2013 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile winner New Year’s Day and his dam is multiple Grade 2 winner Justwhistledixie. Extremely talented, Mohaymen will continue to be knocked for his dud performance in the Florida Derby leading up to Churchill Downs on Saturday.
