Philadelphia at Ottawa (7:30 p.m. EST). The Flyers have lost a season-high seven straight.

- Chris Osgood and Henrik Zetterberg, Red Wings. Osgood stopped 18 shots for his 47th career shutout and Zetterberg scored two goals in a 4-0 win over Colorado.

New Jersey improved to 6-1-2 in its last nine games after a 5-1 win over Carolina on Monday. The Devils, with 73 points, are atop the Atlantic Division and are tied with Ottawa and Montreal for most points in the conference.

Carolina lost 5-1 to the Devils on Monday, dropping the Hurricanes to 4-2 in their last six games - with both losses in routs at New Jersey. The Devils beat the Hurricanes 6-1 in the Prudential Center on Feb. 9 and are 8-1 in the last nine against Carolina.

The New York Islanders rallied for a 3-2 win at home against San Jose on Monday to earn their fourth straight victory, tying their best stretch of the season.

Detroit stopped a six-game losing streak, beating Colorado 4-0 on Monday.

``We can't be running the superstars out of our game. If you want to have a good, clean hit, go out there and have a good, clean hit. I have no problem with that. But when the elbows are up, when you hit probably one of the best defensemen to play the game, it's a joke in my mind. So the message is similar: The next time anyone runs one of our guys the way it shouldn't be done, then the message will be sent. Fair justice is fair justice.'' - Detroit's Aaron Downey after Niklas Lidstrom was hurt by Colorado's Ian Laperriere in the first period of the Red Wings' 4-0 win on Monday night.
