COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -The Columbus Blue Jackets recalled defenseman Marc Methot from their American Hockey League affiliate in Syracuse on Monday.
Methot has appeared in six games without a point with the Blue Jackets this season. He also has two goals and an assist in 40 games with Syracuse.
A seventh-round pick in the 2003 draft, he made his NHL debut with the Blue Jackets in 2006-07 and collected four assists in 20 games.
