NHL Betting Trends
Detroit
The over is 7-1 in the last eight Red Wings games versus the Atlantic Division. Detroit is 0-5 in the last five meetings.
Montreal
The Canadiens are 0-6 in their last six games following a win. The over is 4-0 in the last four meetings.
Prediction:
The Red Wings are young and appear to be a frontrunner in the Jack Hughes sweepstakes for the upcoming 2019 NHL Draft. But after a blowout loss, expect Detroit to keep it competitive here and manufacture a win. Montreal is a good letdown candidate after the thrilling win over the Penguins two days ago.
