LANDOVER, Md. (AP) -Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis left Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a bruised hand.
Portis went to the sideline in the second quarter, and the Redskins said his return was “probable.” Before going out, he had nine carries for 32 yards against Philadelphia.
He entered this weekend as the NFL’s third-leading rusher.
