ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Acknowledging the Buffalo Bills have spent a portion of this season spinning their wheels, coach Chan Gailey still believes the team is headed in the right direction. And he's already making plans for next year. Gailey was forthright in assessing the state of his team and his own job security on Monday. His comments came in the face of mounting criticism leveled at him now that the Bills (5-8) are all but mathematically eliminated from playoff contention for a 13th straight season. Gailey understands the reasons why fans are unhappy, particularly coming on the heels of a 15-12 loss against St. Louis on Sunday in which Buffalo lost the game in the final minute.
