NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the Kansas City Chiefs by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses): --- KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (32) Chris Berman (ESPN, 32) - Bad sign when fans pass out bags to wear at Arrowhead. Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 32) - Worst quarterback situation East of Arizona. Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 32) - I've never seen things so bad in KC. Change is coming. Bob Glauber (Newsday, 32) - Back to the basement for the Chiefs, who follow up a gutty effort in an overtime loss in Pittsburgh with a miserable showing at home against Cincy. Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 31) - The Chiefs have committed a league-leading 31 turnovers. That's five more than they committed all last season and seven more than they committed in 2010 when KC won its last division title. Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 32) - The one team that makes the Royals look unbeatable. Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 32) - Winless at home, winless in the AFC. You get the picture. Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 32) - The lost season! John Lynch (Fox Sports, 32) - Not competitive once again. Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 32) - Any momentum generated from a gutsy performance in a Monday night loss at Pittsburgh was squandered by a putrid showing in a 28-6 loss to Cincinnati.
