BEREA, Ohio (AP) - Browns coach Pat Shurmur made one thing clear: rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden must eliminate interceptions. Weeden has thrown 12 picks, tying two other QBs for the second-highest total in the NFL this season behind Dallas' Tony Romo (13). The 29-year-old Weeden and the Browns (2-7) visit the Cowboys (4-5) on Sunday. Shurmur said there's a fine line between being aggressive and careless with the football. He has reviewed all of Weeden's interceptions and said ``there were times when he could have made better decisions.'' Shurmur believes Weeden can become an ``outstanding'' NFL quarterback and to be one ``he's got to lead us to victories and don't throw as many interceptions.''
