ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) – First, the Buffalo Bills couldn’t win in regulation. Now, they’re losing in overtime.
As “horrible” as linebacker Paul Posluszny says he felt about the team’s 0-7 record on Monday, at least he and his teammates consider that to be progress.
Buffalo remains the NFL’s only winless team and is off to its worst start in 26 years following a 13-10 overtime loss at Kansas City on Sunday. It was the second consecutive overtime loss for the Bills, who lost 37-34 at Baltimore a week earlier.
Without making any guarantees, Posluszny insists that the Bills are closing in on their first victory of the season.
The next opportunity will come Sunday, when the Bills “host” the Chicago Bears (4-3) in a game at Toronto.
