CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Brian Kelly was inactive for Sunday's game against Carolina with a groin injury. Phillip Buchanon replaced him in the starting lineup. Kelly was first injured in the Bucs' season opener against Seattle. He was limited in practice last week. Receiver Ike Hilliard and defensive end Greg Spires were active after nursing ankle injuries during the week. |
