TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -The Indianapolis Colts were without starting middle linebacker Gary Brackett and cornerback Kelvin Hayden against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday night.
Brackett, the team captain, injured his left knee in Monday’s 27-23 victory at Miami. He was replaced by Freddy Keiaho. Hayden was out with a sore hamstring. Tim Jennings took Hayden’s place in the lineup.
The Colts already were without starting safety Bob Sanders, who is recovering from offseason knee surgery.
Arizona’s inactives included a pair of backups – defensive end Kenny Iwebema (sprained ankle) and safety Matt Ware (shoulder stinger).
