CINCINNATI (AP) – Chad Ochocinco and Terrell Owens already have plenty of material for their soon-to-air reality show.
How could they have gotten so totally aired out in the season opener?
The Cincinnati Bengals acknowledged on Monday that they were outplayed and embarrassed during a 38-24 loss at New England in the opener, and they have no real explanation for why it happened.
The whole team imploded while falling behind 31-3, then put up some big passing numbers that were essentially meaningless.
It was very unreal for a team that grabbed so much attention for its pairing of self-promoting receivers. Ochocinco had predicted they would perform like a “symphony” against the Patriots.
