TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) The Arizona Cardinals are adding Adrian Wilson to the team’s Ring of Honor.
The safety will be inducted at halftime of the Cardinals game against the San Francisco 49ers on Sept. 27.
Wilson spent 12 seasons with the Cardinals after being drafted in the third round out of North Carolina State. A five-time Pro Bowl selection, he finished his NFL career with 987 tackles (716 solo), 27 interceptions, 25 1-2 sacks, 15 forced fumbles, eight fumble recoveries and four touchdowns in 181 regular-season games, 162 as a starter.
He will be the 15th player in the team’s Ring of Honor.
