TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -The Arizona Cardinals signed tight end Tim Euhus to a one-year contract Tuesday.
The 6-foot-5, 249-pound Euhus is reunited with Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt, a former Pittsburgh offensive coordinator. Euhus appeared in the Steelers’ 2006 opener and was inactive for three other games before being released on Oct. 12.
Euhus has appeared in 24 games with eight starts during his NFL career, with 14 receptions for 115 yards and two touchdowns. He was selected by Buffalo in the fourth round (109th overall) of the 2004 draft out of Oregon State.
The Cardinals also released wide receiver Evan Prall.
