EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -New York Giants backup offensive lineman Kevin Boothe is going to be sidelined four months with a torn pectoral muscle.
The Giants announced on Friday that Boothe was injured earlier this week while working out and that he will have surgery next week.
Starting tight end Kevin Boss also is going to have surgery next week, on his ankle. The arthroscopic procedure should sideline him for four to six weeks, meaning he should be ready for training camp in late July.
