CLEVELAND (AP) -The Cleveland Browns have signed linebacker Scott Fujita (foo-JEE’-tah) and offensive lineman Tony Pashos (PAH’-shohs) to multiyear contracts as unrestricted free agents.
Fujita, an eight-year veteran, helped lead the New Orleans Saints to a Super Bowl victory last season.
Pashos has played seven NFL seasons, including last year with the San Francisco 49ers.
Terms of their contracts were not disclosed.
Browns general manager Tom Heckert said Sunday the team targeted Fujita and Pashos from the start of free agency.
The Browns finished last season 5-11 and missed the playoffs.
