The Lions will be getting Nate Burleson back this week as he missed the past few games with an ankle injury. Still DeAndre Levy is doubtful with an ankle injury and Tony Scheffler will likely miss the game with a concussion. The Rams could be without safety Darian Stewart, who has a hamstring issue while defensive back Kevin Dockery may also miss the game with a hamstring problem.
