Ryan Torain will take his place. He is averaging 4.6 yards per-carry. Donovan McNabb has thrown for 958 yards and three touchdowns to lead the offense while the defense has eight sacks on the year and is giving up 19.8 points and 406 yards per-game. The yardage is the second-most allowed by any defense this season. London Fletcher, LaRon Landry and Rocky McIntosh each have 39 tackles to lead the team this season.
The Packers have the trends on their side as they are 9-3-1 against the spread in their last 13 games overall and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 road games. Washington is just 0-4-1 ATS in their last five games as a home underdog of 0.5-to-3 points.
Green Bay defensive end Cullen Jenkins is probable to play with a broken hand on Sunday while defensive back Charles Woodson is dealing with a toe injury, but is expected to play. Along with the injury to Portis, Washington has Landry and Albert Haynesworth each listed as questionable. Haynesworth is for personal reasons while Landry has a wrist injury.
