Bills’ 2015 NFL Win Total Odds
BUFFALO, NY (The Spread) – With a new coach and a new star player, how many games will the Bills win in 2015?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Bills’ over/under for wins in 2015 have been set at 8.5, while their 2016 Super Bowl odds are sitting at 33/1. They’re also 16/1 to win the AFC Conference Championship in 2015 and are 17/4 to win the AFC East Division title.
The Bills were forced to make a switch at head coach when Doug Marrone opted out of his contract, but the team acted quickly by naming former Jets front man Rex Ryan as their new coach. Ryan then pulled off a trade with the Eagles and Chip Kelly to land LeSean McCoy, who will team up with 2014 first-round pick Sammy Watkins to give Buffalo a couple of legit offensive playmakers.
Ryan will also help a defense that was already on the rise but the biggest question facing this team in 2015 is at quarterback. Former first-rounder EJ Manuel will compete with Tyrod Taylor and Matt Cassel to earn the starting gig but no matter who wins the competition, questions remain about how much quality production the Bills will receive from the position. If any of those signal-callers surprise, the Bills could be a legit wild card contender this season.
