Our free pick prediction for this game is the Broncos –10. Everyone is going to think that just because Brandon Marshall won’t play that Kansas City will keep the game tight throughout. But Kansas City can’t score and Denver’s defense is still capable of taking over a game.
The Chiefs are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games are 2-6 against the number in its last eight games when playing on the road against Denver. Outside of last week, they’ve struggled the past month covering the spread.
Denver’s defense will take over this game, while Knowshon Moreno will set the pace offensively. Marshall will be missed, but the Chiefs’ defense is so bad that the Broncos shouldn’t have any problems scoring.
We also like the over 38 in this game. The total has gone over in four of Denver’s last five games when playing Kansas City.
Our NFL Week 17 Free Pick for this matchup is: DENVER BRONCOS -10 and OVER 38.
