The Big 12 is a bit unsettled going into final week of the regular season.
There could be a three-way tie in the South division, and an anticipated farewell appearance by Nebraska in the Big 12 championship game could be derailed.
If the Cornhuskers (9-2, 5-2 Big 12) lose to Colorado and Missouri beats Kansas, the Tigers (9-2, 5-2) would claim the North Division title.
Oklahoma State (10-1, 6-1 Big 12) wins the South outright if it can break a seven-game losing streak against Oklahoma (9-2, 5-2).
But if Oklahoma wins and Texas A&M beats Texas, there is a three-way tie.
Aggies coach Mike Sherman, whose team beat Nebraska last weekend, says he’s not concerning himself with “all the math and probabilities.”
