TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) – Arizona State hasn’t been done any favors by the schedule makers.
For the third straight week, the 21st-ranked Sun Devils will face a team coming off its bye week.
Arizona State managed to beat Washington State and Utah, but playing Oregon State should be much more difficult.
The Beavers have lost their past two games, but still have one of the nation’s most prolific offenses and two of the best offensive players anywhere in quarterback Sean Mannion and receiver Brandin Cooks.
Arizona State has won four straight and is in control of the Pac-12 South at 5-1 in conference.
