MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) – Bill Snyder didn’t waste any time before lavishing praise on upcoming opponent Miami after Kansas State’s victory on Saturday night.
Snyder says “they’re a quality football team” and “awfully fast,” looking ahead to the Wildcat’s matchup with the Hurricanes next Saturday.
Miami romped past No. 17 Ohio State 24-6.
Kansas State has defeated a pair of overmatched opponents in Kent State and Eastern Kentucky, racking up a combined 47 points
But the Wildcats’ passing game is still a work in progress. Collin Klein was just 9 of 18 for 74 yards against Kent State, while backup Sammuel Lamur was 4 of 6 for 42 yards.
