 M used a high-powered offense to defeat Clark-Atlanta 41-10 Saturday night.
M (2-0) rolled up 608 yards total offense as the Bulldogs took a 21-7 first quarter lead and never looked back. The Bulldogs attacked the Panthers from the ground and the air, rushing for 307 yards and passing for 301.
Ulysses Banks rushed 19 times for 213 yards and two touchdown, averaging 11 yards per carry. Banks ran for two first quarter scores, helping the Bulldogs get off to a fast start.
Luke completed passes to nine different receivers including two touchdown passes to Rashad Johnson and scoring tosses to Nate Baxter and Charles Moody. Thomas Harris caught six passes for 92 yards for the Bulldogs.
For Clark-Atlanta (0-3) Corey Jones completed 12-of-22 passes for 200 yards, including a 65-yard touchdown pass to Mort Lightburn.
