BERKLEY, CA (The Spread) – Two Pac-12 teams in need of a win collide on Friday night as Cal hosts Washington at 9PM ET on ESPN2.

California is 3-6 overall, 2-4 in the Pac-12 and 2-3 at home. Washington is 4-4 overall, 2-3 in conference play and 0-3 on the road. The Huskies are 4-4 against the spread this year while the Bears are 3-6 ATS. Washington has won three straight over Cal in this series.

Despite the scoring troubles, Cal has a decent quarterback in Zach Maynard. Maynard has thrown for 2,039 yards and 12 touchdowns this season.
