GAINSVILLE, FL (The Spread) – No. 16 Florida renews its rivalry with Tennessee on Saturday as the two meet at 3:30PM ET in the CBS Game of the Week.

Both teams come into the contest at 2-0. The Gators are 2-0 against the point spread odds while Tennessee is 1-0-1. Tennessee has hit the over in both games while Florida has went under in both contests. Florida has won the last six games in this series.

Trends show that Tennessee is just 2-5 against the point spread odds in their last 7 games with Florida while the road team has covered in 7 of the last 11 in this series. Tennessee is 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 games overall.

Florida is off to a great start this season, as the Gators have outscored their two opponents 80-3. The Gators have had a great rushing attack, which is averaging 241.5 rushing yards per game. Leading the way has been Chris Rainey, who has rushed for 198 yards and two touchdowns. On defense, Florida has allowed just 101 total rushing yards in its two games this season.

Tennessee is off to a 2-0 start thanks to an impressive 45-23 win against Cincinnati last week. This week will be the first road trip for the Volunteers. Tennessee had 531 yards of offense in the win over the Bearcats. Quarterback Tyler Bray was 34-of-41 passing with 405 yards and four touchdowns. On defense, Tennessee did give up just under 400 yards of offense, but much of that came in mop up time.

In terms of Injuries, Florida linebacker Dee Finley is doubtful to play due to disciplinary reasons while running back Jeffery Demps is listed as probable with a shoulder injury. Tennessee receiver Matt Milton is doubtful with an abdominal injury.
