These two automatic qualifiers were deemed two of the worst teams in the field, so they will now play on Tuesday at 6:30PM ET from Dayton Arena with the winner advancing to play top-seeded Pittsburgh in the Southeast Region on Thursday at 3:10PM ET from Washington D.C.
UNC-Asheville comes into tonight’s game as the favorite according to oddsmakers from online sportsbook Bodog.com as they have a point spread of -4 against Arkansas-Little Rock. The over/under point total has been set at 130 points.
UNC-Asheville won the Big South Tournament to get the automatic bid into the tournament. The Bulldogs are 19-13 on the year and 1-0 in games on a neutral floor.
