This Tournament is a 12-team single elimination tournament where the top four teams have a bye into the quarterfinals. Each game is played at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada, and the tournament runs from March 13-16. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Arizona is the favorite to win this tournament, as it has 2/1 odds to win. The other short odds to win are UCLA (4/1), California (9/2) and Oregon (9/2).

Arizona is the No. 4 seed in this tournament, as it went 12-6 in Pac-12 play and 24-6 overall. Arizona has won this tournament four times, but the last title came in 2002.
