This Tournament is a 13-team single elimination tournament where the top three teams have a bye into the quarterfinals. Each game is played at the Norfolk Scope in Norfolk, Virginia, and the tournament runs from March 11-16. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, N.C. Savannah State is the No. 4 seed in the tournament, going 11-5 in conference play and 18-13 overall. Savannah State has never won this tournament.
