(The Spread) – Five of the top 25 teams in college basketball are in action on Tuesday night, including the No. 3 team in the nation, who will take on a fellow Big Ten rival.

No. 3 Ohio State will host Michigan State at 9:00PM ET in a game that could wind up being a rout. Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have made the Buckeyes 12.5-point favorites over the Spartans, while the over/under total is currently 137.5 points.
According to latest college basketball trends, the Spartans are 6-1 against the spread in their last seven trips to Ohio State, but they’re just 2-6 ATS in their last eight overall games against the Buckyes. That road team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings between these two squads, while the underdog is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings.
Draymond Green leads MSU in both assists (4.2) and rebounds (8.5) per game, while Jared Sullinger leads Ohio State in both points (18.0) and rebounds (10.4) per contest. Aaron Craft has a team-high 4.7 assists-per-game average for the Buckeyes.
Also in action on Tuesday night is No. 14 Villanova, which is a 3-point road favorite over Seton Hall at 8:00PM ET. No. 19 North Carolina is a 23-point home favorite over Wake Forest, while No. 22 Kentucky is an 18-point favorite over Mississippi State at 7:00PM ET.
