WASHINGTON (AP) – President Barack Obama is taking in the Oregon State-George Washington University basketball game.
One good reason: Brother-in-law Craig Robinson is the Oregon State coach. The president also is an avid basketball fan who likes to play the game himself as often as he can.
Obama left the White House on Saturday afternoon with first lady Michelle Obama, daughters Malia and Sasha and mother-in-law Marian Robinson.
Obama spent the past two days out of public view, enjoying Thanksgiving at the White House with family and friends.
The Oregon Beavers are 1-3 this season under Robinson. George Washington has a 4-0 record.
