NEWARK, N.J. (AP) – The Essex County prosecutor’s office has dismissed a potential gun charge against Seton Hall point guard Jordan Theodore because of insufficient evidence.
After investigating a complaint that Theodore of Englewood displayed a handgun on the South Orange campus on Feb. 15, the prosecutor said Tuesday there wasn’t credible evidence to warrant a prosecution.
The university had conducted its own investigation and allowed Theodore to finish the season after finding no evidence to support the accusation.
