 HACKENSACK, N.J. (AP) - Akeem Johnson scored 21 points with a career-high 17 rebounds and made 13 of 14 free throws as St. Francis Brooklyn won at Fairleigh Dickinson 85-61 Thursday night in Northeast Conference play.
Travis Nichols also had 21 points for the Terriers (10-14, 6-7), who snapped a three-game losing streak and had lost five of their past six.
Johnson was coming off a 22-point performance in a loss to LIU Brooklyn. The double-double was his second this season.
St. Francis also beat the Knights 70-51 on Jan. 19.
Fairleigh Dickinson (7-19, 2-11) has lost 10 straight. Kinu Rochford had 20 points and 16 rebounds for the Knights, while Sidney Sanders Jr. had 10 assists.
The Terriers led 45-37 at halftime and scored the first seven points after intermission.
St. Francis turned 17 Fairleigh Dickinson turnovers into 21 points, while the Knights had just two points off giveaways.
