 HIGH POINT, N.C. (AP) -Arizona Reid scored 32 points to lead High Point to an 80-71 upset of Big South leader North Carolina-Asheville on Wednesday night.
Eugene Harris added 19 points for the Panthers (14-10, 6-4), who shot 58 percent and led by 17 in the second half in beating the Bulldogs in High Point for the fifth straight season.
Reid Augst scored 21 points and K.J. Garland added 16 for UNC Asheville (18-6, 7-2), which has lost two straight since winning seven in a row. The Bulldogs never led after the game's opening moments and struggled from the perimeter, making just 3-of-21 attempts from 3-point range.
