AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) -The slumping Detroit Pistons didn’t get any good roster news for their game against the Toronto Raptors.
Detroit has lost five straight while missing three key players – Ben Gordon (left ankle), Richard Hamilton (right hamstring) and Tayshaun Prince (back) – and Pistons coach John Kuester wasn’t expecting any of them back Wednesday night. Hamilton and Prince were inactive, while Gordon was on the active list because the Pistons don’t have 12 healthy players, but did not dress.
Pistons forward Charlie Villanueva (foot) was expected to play, despite being limited to 23 minutes in Tuesday’s loss in Charlotte.
