MIAMI (AP) -New Jersey forward Antoine Wright left the Nets' game against the Miami Heat on Thursday night because of an undisclosed right leg injury.
He jumped for a rebound with 0.3 seconds left in the quarter, came down awkwardly and remained under the basket for a couple of minutes while a member of the Nets' medical staff tended to his right knee area.
Wright covered his face with a towel, and was eventually carried into the locker room by teammates. He entered the game averaging 9.1 points this season.
