MIAMI (AP) – LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and the rest of the Miami Heat will get their championship rings and face the Chicago Bulls on opening night of the NBA season.
The NBA’s schedule for the coming season was released on Tuesday, with the Heat and Bulls set to rekindle their rivalry on Oct. 29. That also figures to be Bulls guard Derrick Rose’s first real game since injuring his knee in April 2012.
Other key matchups for the Heat this season include NBA Finals rematches with San Antonio on Jan. 26 at home and March 6 on the road; a Christmas Day game at the Los Angeles Lakers; and a Feb. 1 game at the Knicks, one night before the New York area plays host to the Super Bowl.
