WASHINGTON (AP) -Washington forward Antawn Jamison missed a game for the first time this season Friday night against Miami because of a sprained right shoulder.
Jamison, averaging 21.5 points and a team-leading 10.2 rebounds, injured his shoulder late in Wednesday's loss to Milwaukee.
``I'm feeling better - a lot better than the night it happened,'' Jamison said. ``As of now, it's day-to-day.''
Washington plays at Chicago on Saturday, then has three days off until Wednesday's game against Boston.
''I don't see me missing too much action,'' Jamison said. ``If I'm not available tomorrow, then definitely Wednesday.''
Darius Songaila started in place of Jamison.
