Cavs host Thunder this afternoon
CLEVELAND, OH (TheSpread) – The Cleveland Cavaliers look to claim their sixth straight win on Sunday when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder at 3:30PM ET.
Cleveland is 24-20 on the season, 14-9 at home and 18-26 against the spread. Oklahoma City is 22-21 overall, 10-14 on the road and 20-21-2 against the spread. Oklahoma City has won two straight against the Cavs, including the lone meeting this season, but Cleveland has covered in three of the last four between these two. The two have also hit the under in in six of their last eight meetings.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Cavaliers are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -3.5 points against the Thunder. The over/under total for the game has been set at 211 points.
Cleveland has won and covered the spread in five straight games overall, with the last three games coming at home. The Cavs have also hit the over in four of these five contests. Oklahoma City is coming off a loss at Atlanta, which snapped a four-game winning streak. The Thunder have covered in four of their last five games while hitting the over in four of their last six.
