JOLIET, Ill. (AP) - Kevin Swindell led all 100 laps for a dominant victory in the ARCA race at Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday.
Swindell, the son of Sprint Car racing icon Sammy Swindell, claimed his first career victory in the stock car racing series. The younger Swindell is a three-time and defending champion at the Chili Bowl Midget Nationals.
Brennan Poole finished second, followed by Frank Kimmel, Chris Buescher and Ryan Reed.
The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race is at Chicagoland on Saturday night, with the Nationwide Series racing at the 1.5-mile oval on Sunday afternoon.
