MIAMI (AP) -Florida Marlins catcher Miguel Olivo limped out of Thursday’s game against Arizona in the second inning with a left groin strain.
Olivo was hurt in a collision at the plate with Chris Young. When Orlando Hudson stole second, Olivo bobbled the ball as he tried to throw, and his error allowed Young to score.
Olivo’s status is day to day. He was replaced by Matt Treanor.
