SAN DIEGO (AP) -Outfielder Brady Clark agreed to a minor league deal with the San Diego Padres on Thursday and is expected to report to Triple-A Portland on Friday.
Clark, 34, most recently played in the majors for the Los Angeles Dodgers, hitting .224 with five RBIs in 47 games this season. He was released June 18 and signed a minor league contract with the Red Sox, appearing in five games for Triple-A Pawtucket.
