DETROIT (AP) -Tigers left-hander Andrew Miller left Friday night’s game against the White Sox after four innings with a mild left hamstring strain.
He injured the hamstring while warming up for the fifth inning and was listed as day-to-day.
Miller, Detroit’s first-round pick out of North Carolina in 2006, had allowed six runs and seven hits and the Tigers trailed 6-3. He was replaced on the mound by Macay McBride.
