PHOENIX (AP) -The New York Mets promoted Jorge Sosa from Triple-A to start Saturday night's game against Arizona and sent down reliever Ambiorix Burgos. Sosa was 4-0 with a 1.13 ERA for New Orleans this season. He was 3-11 for Atlanta and St. Louis last season and 3-13 for the Braves in 2005. Burgos is 0-0 with a 4.11 ERA in 12 relief appearances for the Mets. |
