SURPRISE, Ariz. (AP) -Hall of Fame pitcher Nolan Ryan has agreed to a four-year contract as president of the Texas Rangers.
Ryan agreed to take the Texas job earlier this month, but terms of the deal weren't reached until Friday. Also, the Rangers gave general manager Jon Daniels a two-year contract extension through 2011.
