According to oddsmakers, the Cardinals have odds of -120 to win, while the Nationals have a money line of +110 to win. The over/under total has been set at 8 runs. Washington is 95-62 overall and 47-32 on the road while St. Louis is 85-72 overall and 47-29 at home. Washington has won five of its last seven against St. Louis.
