The featured game of the day has the St. Louis Cardinals hosting the San Francisco Giants at 8PM ET (View Matchup). The Cardinals have Shelby Miller on the mound to face Matt Cain of the Giants. According to oddsmakers at, the Cardinals are the favorite at home in this game, as they have odds of -145 to win, while the Giants have been given a money line of +134 to prevail. St. Louis is 35-17 on the season and 15-8 at home while San Franciso is 29-25 overall and 9-15 on the road. St. Louis has won two of its three meetings with San Francisco this season, but the Giants have won four of their last six against the Cardinals.

The other featured game of the day has the New York Yankees hosting the Boston Red Sox at 7PM ET (View Matchup). The Yankees have C.C. Sabathia taking the mound to face Jon Lester of the Red Sox. According to oddsmakers, the Yankees are a slim favorite at home, as they have odds of -105 to win, while the Red Sox have a money line of -103 to win. New York is 30-22 overall and 15-10 at home while Boston is 32-22 overall and 15-10 on the road. Boston has won two of its three meetings with the Yankees this year, but New York has won six of its last eight against Boston.
