Watson continues to shock the golfing world with his consistent play and ability to hold on to the lead at the Open Championship. Watson opened the weekend as a 100/1 long shot to win the event, but now is at 11/2 according to the online sports book SBGGLOBAL.
Among the favorites entering Sunday's final round are Ross Fisher (4/1) and Lee Westwood (4/1). Both shot an even-par 70 on Saturday and allowed the field to come to them, as scores were high on "moving day."
Other short end favorites include Retief Goosen (11/2) and Jim Furyk (9/1). Goosen shot a +1 round of 71 on Saturday, while Furyk maintained par at 70. Of the golfers that are currently under par, Goosen, Furyk, and Watson are the only golfers to have won a major championship.  Goosen has won two U.S.

Opens but has also placed in the top 10 of the British Open on six different occasions. Fuyk has finished in the top five of the Open Championship four times, including twice in the last three years. Fisher is in only his third British Open, with his best finish coming in 2008 when he tied for 39th. Westwood has not finished better than 31st in his last four British Open appearances, but did place third in the 2008 U.S. Open.

Watson is looking to become the oldest player to ever win a major championship, and win his ninth career major. Five on Watson's eight major championships have come in the British Open. Watson's last top 10 in a major came at the 2000 PGA Championship where he took ninth, and his previous top 10 prior to that was a tie for 10th at the 1997 British Open.

Play continues at Turnberry Ailsa golf course on Sunday at 7:00 a.m. ET. For complete revised odds on the 2009 British Open, see below.
