Tuesday’s Euro 2012 Odds
(The Spread) – Wayne Rooney returns for England while France will look to put Sweden out of its misery when Euro 2012 continues on Tuesday.
Sweden is currently a 1-point underdog (-135) in its match against France (-1, +105) at 2:45PM ET today. Sweden is also +500 on the money line while France is -175 and the total is currently sitting at 2.5. The draw odds are +300 and Kim Kallstrom is a 2/1 favorite to score the first goal in his game.
With two losses and zero points in its first two games Sweden has nothing to play for today outside of pride. France, meanwhile, is sitting atop Group D with a goal difference between them and England. Wideman Franck Ribery is one player to keep an eye on, as he has one assist and completed the most dribbles at Euro 2012 after two rounds of matches.

The return of Wayne Rooney highlights the second Group D match today, as England and Ukraine are currently a pick’em. England is a -105 money line favorite over the Ukraine, which is +300, while the over/under total is now 2.5 goals. The odds of a draw is +245 while both Andrew Carroll and Danny Wellbeck have 13/2 odds to score the first goal in this matchup, respectively.
Rooney was suspended for three games by UEFA after his 74th minute tackle on Miodrag Dzudovic in the last group stage against Montenegro in the Euro 2012 qualification matches. After an appeal, UEFA reduced the sentence to two matches, which came against France and Sweden. He currently has 5/1 odds to score the first goal in England’s match with the Ukraine.
