(The Spread) – Group A will play on Saturday when Euro 2012 continues this afternoon. Let’s take a look at the odds and matchups for today’s games.
At 2:45PM ET today Russia will take on Greece as a 1-goal favorite. Greece is +420 on the money line while Russia is -150, although if you take the +1 with Greece you’ll lay -185 juice (as opposed to Russia carrying +145 juice at -1). The total is currently sitting at 2.5 while a wager on the draw is +280.
Also at 2:45PM ET, Poland will take on Czech Republic and the game is currently slated as a pick’em. (Poland has -165 juice while Czech Republic is +130.) Czech Republic is +240 on the money line while Poland is +120, and the overall total is sitting at 2.5. The draw, meanwhile, has odds of +230.

In terms of player props, Theofanis Gekas is a 9/1 favorite to score the first goal in the Greece-Russia matchup while Nikolaos Liberopoulos is 11/1. Milan Baros, meanwhile, is 8/1 to score the first goal in the Czech Republic-Poland matchup while David Lafata has the next best odds at 9/1.
Russia is the current favorite to win Group A at -400 while Czech Republic has the next best odds at +550. Poland is +700 and Greece is a massive underdog at +6600 to win Group A in Euro 2012. Thus far, Poland is 0-0-2 while Russia is 1-0-1 and Greece is 0-1-1. Czech Republic was crushed by Russia 4-1 and beat Greece 2-1.
